Federal USPTO trademark registration for businesses and startups. We search it, file it, and carry it through to a registration certificate.
A clear, attorney-led process so you always know the next step.
We run target searches and due diligence to determine that filing your trademark application makes sense before you invest.
We list and classify your goods and services, then formally file the mark at the USPTO — a word mark's exact spelling, or a logo as a JPG image.
An Examining Attorney reviews the application and reports findings in an Office Action; we respond, clear the opposition period, and carry the mark through to registration.

Two things: the mark itself — for a word mark, its exact spelling; for a logo, a JPG image (plus the spelling of any text in it) — and a list of the goods and services the mark covers, sorted into classes. More on our Filing Requirements page →
The U.S. Trademark Office charges a fee for each class of goods or services in your application, so covering more classes costs more. (For European Union applications, up to three classes are included for the same fee.) See Filing Requirements →
An Examining Attorney typically begins review around five months after filing; if there are no issues, the mark is published for opposition around seven months and can register around twelve months from filing. See the full Trademark Timeline →
The most common rejections are descriptiveness and likelihood of confusion, reported in an Office Action. You have up to six months to respond. See the Trademark Timeline →
Between years 5 and 6 you file an affidavit of continued use and an affidavit of incontestability; renewals are then filed every ten years to keep protection active indefinitely. See the Trademark Timeline →
