The ornamental design for a ribbon-wrapped wristlet base, as shown and described.

Description

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a ribbon-wrapped wristlet base for the mounting of a floral arrangement thereon shown on a wrist drawn in broken lines;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of FIG. 1 shown on a wrist drawn in broken lines;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of FIG. 1 ;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 2 ;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of FIG. 3 , the bottom plan view not being shown as this view is the mirror image of the top view;
