The ornamental design for a pipetting apparatus, as shown and described.

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof (the other side elevational view is a mirror image of FIG. 4 );
FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;
FIG. 7 is a perspective view of second embodiment of the pipetting apparatus; and,
FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a third embodiment of the pipetting apparatus.
